Ted Oakley In October 2019 – “They will take rates to zero.”

Ted Oakley spoke about negative interest rates around the world at the 2019 Oxbow Investment Summit.  He said that he expected rates to be cut dramatically to counter a slowing economy and the Federal Reserve would be forced to push liquidity into the markets to avoid negative rates.
